结直肠癌患者术前应用多层螺旋CT与MRI检查对其疾病诊断准确率及分期的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究螺旋CT和MRI在结直肠癌患者的术前诊断和分期诊断中的准确性。方法 术前,选取80例结直肠癌患者分别进行多层螺旋CT和MRI检查,操作者对检查结果进行了T和N阶段的判断,然后在术后将其与手术病理的金标准进行对比。结果 在结直肠癌术前T分期中,MRI较螺旋CT表现更优,准确诊断了更多T1~T2及T3阶段病例,且误诊较少。而在N分期诊断中,MRI同样展现出显著优势,特别是在N2分期,其误诊率低于多层螺旋CT。综合来看,MRI在结直肠癌术前T、N分期诊断中均表现更佳,有助于提升诊断精准度,为临床治疗提供更可靠的依据。结论 MRI在结直肠癌术前分期中的准确性高于多层螺旋CT,在临床应用中应根据具体病情和患者情况加以参考,并结合两种方法的优点综合运用,提高诊断的准确率和分期的准确性。Objective The aim of this study was to compare the accuracy of multislice spiral CT and MRI in preoperative diagnosis and staging of colorectal cancer.Methods Eighty patients with colorectal cancer underwent both multislice spiral CT and MRI scans before surgery.The operators assessed the T and N stages based on the imaging results and then compared them with the gold standard of surgical pathology after surgery.Results MRI demonstrated superior performance to multislice spiral CT in preoperative T staging of colorectal cancer,accurately diagnosing more cases of T1-2 and T3 stages with fewer misdiagnoses.In N stage diagnosis,MRI also showed significant advantages,particularly in the accuracy of N2 staging,with a lower misdiagnosis rate than multislice spiral CT.Overall,MRI performed better in both preoperative T and N staging of colorectal cancer,contributing to improved diagnostic accuracy and providing a more reliable basis for clinical treatment.Conclusion MRI exhibits higher accuracy than multislice spiral CT in preoperative staging of colorectal cancer.In clinical practice,the specific condition of the patient should be considered,and the advantages of both methods should be integrated to improve the accuracy of diagnosis and staging.
