摘　　要：目的探讨在健康中国背景下,磁共振弹性成像技术在慢性肝病综合防治中的应用价值及其潜在影响。方法收集本院2023—2024年收治的84例慢性病毒性肝炎患者,进行磁共振肝弹性成像检查,测量其肝弹性值,依据临床表现分为慢性病毒性肝炎、慢性病毒性肝炎重型、肝硬化代偿期及肝硬化失代偿期四组,并同时检测患者血实验室指标,分析肝弹性值与各指标的相关性。结果临床分期与肝弹性值、AST、Fib-4和γ-GT等存在正相关;临床分期与血小板、ALT、ALP、Tbil、Alb、AFP、APRI等实验室指标均不存在相关性。结论患者的肝弹性值显著升高与AST、Fib-4及γ-GT等反映肝功能损伤及纤维化程度的指标呈现良好的一致性。Objective To explore the application value and potential impact of magnetic resonance elastography (MRE) technology in the comprehensive prevention and treatment of chronic liver diseases under the background of the Healthy China strategy.Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic viral hepatitis from our hospital between 2023-2024 were collected for magnetic resonance liver elastography examinations to measure their liver stiffness values.The patients were clinically divided into four groups:chronic viral hepatitis,severe chronic viral hepatitis,compensated cirrhosis,and decompensated cirrhosis.Simultaneously,blood laboratory indicators of the patients were tested,and the correlation between liver stiffness values and various indicators was analyzed.Results There was a positive correlation between clinical staging and liver stiffness values,AST,Fib-4,and γ-GT;however,there was no correlation between clinical staging and laboratory indicators such as platelets,ALT,ALP,Tbil,Alb,AFP,and APRI.Conclusion The significant increase in liver stiffness values of patients is well consistent with indicators such as AST,Fib-4,and γ-GT,which reflect liver function damage and the degree of fibrosis.
