帕金森病药物阶梯治疗联合个性化运动训练、认知行为疗法的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探究帕金森病药物阶梯治疗联合个性化运动训练、认知行为疗法的临床效果。方法 选取2019年8月—2024年8月在本院接受治疗的帕金森病患者80例为研究对象,根据入院顺序编号进行分组,其中奇数编号分入对照组,偶数编号分入实验组,每组40例。对照组采取药物阶梯治疗方案,实验组在药物阶梯治疗基础上采取个性化运动训练和认知行为疗法,比较两组康复效果、运动功能、认知能力、生活质量以及心理评分。结果 实验组康复总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后实验组帕金森病评定评分(unified parkinson disease rating scale,UPDRS)、帕金森病认知功能评分(parkinson’s disease cognitive rating scale,PD-CRS)低于对照组(P<0.05);健康调查评分(short form 36 health survey,SF-36)高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后实验组抑郁和焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 药物阶梯治疗联合个性化运动训练、认知行为疗法能够有效提高患者运动、认知、生活能力,降低患者焦虑与抑郁心理评分,改善康复效果。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of drug ladder therapy combined with personalized exercise training and cognitive-behavioral therapy for Parkinson's disease.Methods 80 Parkinson's disease patients who received treatment in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects.According to the admission order,odd numbered patients were assigned to the control group,and even numbered patients were assigned to the experimental group,with 40 patients in the control group and 40 patients in the experimental group.Results The control group received a drug ladder treatment plan,The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);After treatment,the experimental group had a lower UPDRS and PD-CRS than the control group (P<0.05);The SF-36 was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);After treatment,The depression and anxiety scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Drug ladder therapy combined with personalized exercise training and cognitive-behavioral therapy can effectively improve patients' motor,and improve rehabilitation outcomes.
