短暂性脑缺血发作患者血清Lp-PLA2、NSE、IL-6水平与卒中风险的关系分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨短暂性脑缺血发作(transient ischemic attack,TIA)患者血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2,Lp-PLA2)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron-specific enolase,NSE)、白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-6水平与卒中风险的关系。方法 选取2023年6月—2024年6月丹阳市第三人民医院收治的TIA患者共118例作为研究组,依据卒中风险(ABCD3-I评分)分为低危(n=33)、中危(n=35)、高危(n=50)三组;选取健康人群59例作为对照组。受试者均进行血清Lp-PLA2、NSE、IL-6水平的检测,比较各组水平差异,分析血清指标与卒中风险的相关性。结果 研究组血清Lp-PLA2、NSE、IL-6水平高于对照组(均P<0.05),且低危组、中危组、高危组血清Lp-PLA2、NSE、IL-6水平逐渐升高(均P<0.05);血清Lp-PLA2、NSE、IL-6水平均与ABCD3-I评分呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论 TIA患者血清Lp-PLA2、NSE、IL-6水平显著升高,且与TIA后卒中风险有关。Objective To explore the relationship between serum lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2),neuron-specific enolase (NSE),interleukin (IL)-6 and stroke risk in patients with transient ischemic attack (TIA).Methods A total of 118 patients with TIA admitted to Danyang Third?People's?Hospital were enrolled as study group between June 2023 and June 2024.According to stroke risk (ABCD3-I scores),they were divided into low-risk group (n=33),medium-risk group (n=35) and high-risk group (n=50).A total of 59 healthy controls were enrolled as control group.The levels of serum Lp-PLA2,NSE and IL-6 in different groups detected were compared.The correlation between serum indexes and stroke risk were analyzed.Results The levels of serum Lp-PLA2,NSE and IL-6 in study group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05),and which were gradually increased in low-risk group,medium-risk group and high-risk group (P<0.05).The levels of serum Lp-PLA2,NSE and IL-6 were positively correlated with ABCD3-I score (P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum Lp-PLA2,NSE and IL-6 are significantly increased in patients with TIA,which are all related to stroke risk after TIA.
