情境模拟教学法在外科护理学中的效果观察

摘  要:目的 探讨与观察情境模拟教学法在外科护理学中的效果。方法 选取2022年9月—2023年9月在本校学习的2020级和2021级护理专业学生467名作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组(234名)与对照组(233名)。其中,对照组采用传统带教模式,研究组在对照组教学的基础采用情境模拟教学模式,两组的教学观察时间为3个月,记录两组的教学效果。结果 两组教学3个月后的外科护理理论考核成绩都高于教学前(P<0.05),研究组教学3个月后的外科护理理论考核成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。教学3个月后研究组的应急能力、仪器操作能力、医嘱执行能力、现场协助能力等外科护理技能成绩都显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。教学3个月后研究组的教学满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 情境模拟教学法在外科护理学中的教学应用能提高理论成绩与技能成绩,还可提高教学满意度。Objective To explore and observe the effect of situational simulation teaching method in surgical nursing teaching.Methods The study period was from September 2022 to September 2023.467 nursing students of grade 2020 and grade 2021 studying in our school were selected as the research objects,and the 467 students were divided into the study group (234 cases) and the control group (233 cases) according to the random number table method.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the research group adopted the situational simulation teaching mode based on the teaching of the control group.The teaching observation time of the two groups was 3 months,and the teaching effect of the two groups was recorded.Results The test scores of surgical nursing theory after 3 months of teaching in both groups were higher than those before teaching (P<0.05),and the test scores of surgical nursing theory after 3 months of teaching in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).After 3 months of teaching,the results of surgical nursing skills such as emergency ability,instrument operation ability,doctor's order execution ability and on-site assistance ability of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).After 3 months of teaching,the teaching satisfaction of the study group was 99.15%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 90.56%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the situational simulation teaching method in the teaching of surgical nursing can improve the achievement of theory and skill,and also improve the teaching satisfaction.
