摘 要:目的 探究对神经内科住院医师规范化培训中实施网络信息化平台下案例教学法(CBL)的效果。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月本院的神经内科住院医师68名,依照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组34名。其中,对照组采取常规教学法,观察组采取网络信息化平台下CBL教学方法,对比两组教学效果。结果 观察组培训后自我效能感高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实践能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将网络信息化平台下CBL教学方法应用于神经内科住院医师规范化培训中,能够有效提高神经内科住院医师自我效能感,使其考核成绩及实践能力进一步提升,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of case teaching method (CBL) under the network information platform in the standardized training of neurology residents.Methods The study lasted from January 2022 to December 2023,and 68 resident neurology physicians were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group (n=34) adopted the conventional teaching method and the observation group (n=34) adopted the CBL teaching method under the network information platform.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The self-efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The score of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05).The practical ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL teaching method under the network information platform in the standardized training of neurology residents can effectively improve the self-efficacy of neurology residents and further improve their assessment results and practical ability,which is worth popularizing.
