健康教育干预在结核菌素试验强阳性患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨在结核菌素试验强阳性患者中使用健康教育干预的效果。方法 以本校2022年1月—2023年12月检出的177例结核菌素试验强阳性患者作为研究样本,按照随机数表的方式将其分为对照组(88例)和观察组(89例)。其中,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受健康教育干预,比较两组的护理前后的疾病知识知晓率,比较两组的预防服药情况,比较两组的健康行为评分、心理健康评分[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]。结果 护理后,观察组的疾病知识知晓率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组的预防服药率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组的健康行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的SDS、SAS量表得分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论 在结核菌素试验强阳性患者中实施健康教育干预,可提高患者的疾病知识知晓率,提升患者的预防服药率和健康行为评分,改善患者的心理健康。Objective To investigate the effect of health education intervention in patients with strong tuberculin test.Methods A total of 177 patients with strong tuberculin test detected in our school from January 2022 to December 2023 were used as research samples,and the patients were divided into groups according to the random number table,the number of patients in the control group and the observation group were 88 and 89,respectively,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received health education intervention.Depression Self-Rating Scale (SDS),Anxiety Self-Rating Scale (SAS).Results After nursing,the disease knowledge awareness rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The prophylactic rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The health behavior score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health education intervention in patients with strong tuberculin test can improve the disease knowledge awareness rate,improve the preventive drug taking rate and health behavior score of patients,and improve the mental health of patients.
