摘 要:中国式现代化新征程赋予国有文化企业新的使命任务,国有文化企业是彰显中国式现代化鲜明特色的重要载体,是扛起新时代新的文化使命的中坚力量。在中国式现代化新征程上,国有文化企业改革的关键任务是继续完善国有文化企业改革的政策体系,全面提升国有文化企业的竞争力、控制力和引领力,强化国有文化企业统筹发展与安全的功能。深化国有文化企业改革的实施路径包括加快完善国有文化企业改革的体制框架和配套政策,持续深化国有文化企业的供给侧结构性改革,灵活探索国有文化企业改革的推进策略。On the new journey of Chinese path to modernization,state-owned cultural enterprises are entrusted with new mission and tasks.They are important carriers for highlighting the distinctive characteristics of Chinese path to modernization and a backbone for shouldering the new cultural mission of the new era.On this new journey,the key task of the reform of state-owned cultural enterprises is to continue to improve their policy system,comprehensively enhance the competitiveness,control and leading power of these enterprises,and strengthen the function of coordinating development and security at the same time.The implementation path for deepening the reform of state-owned cultural enterprises includes accelerating the improvement of the institutional framework and supporting policies of state-owned cultural enterprises,continuously deepening the supply-side reform,and flexibly exploring the promotion strategies for the reform of state-owned cultural enterprises.
