摘 要:应用化学作为一门涵盖领域广、应用性强的工科专业,其培养目标须紧密对接产业实际需求。广西民族大学应用化学专业于2022年获批国家级一流本科专业建设点,新时代专业建设亟需深化产教融合以强化应用型人才培养。基于此,文章将德国“双元制”(dual education system)校企合作模式创新引入精细化工过程及设备课程教学体系,构建理论教学与工程实践深度耦合的教学范式。通过系统实施,该模式不仅显著提升了学生理论知识的实践转化能力,同时有效激发了其学习主观能动性和工程创新意识。教学实践表明,基于企业真实生产问题的项目化教学模式,可助力学生深入解析精细化工设备的结构原理与工艺流程,系统掌握设备选型与过程优化的工程思维。该改革方案在促进专业知识内化的同时,切实增强了学生的专业认同感与职业适应性。As an engineering specialty covering a wide range offields and strong application,the training goal of applied chemistry should be closely connected with the actual needs of the industry.The applied chemistry major of Guangxi University for Nationalities has been approved as a state-level first-class undergraduate major construction point in 2022.The major construction in the new era needs to deepen the integration of production and education to strengthen the training of applied talents.Based on this,the paper innovatively introduces the German“dual education system”school-enterprise cooperation model into the fine chemical process and equipment course teaching system,and constructs a teaching paradigm of deep coupling of theoretical teaching and engineering practice.Through systematic implementation,this model not only significantly improves students’ability to transform theoretical knowledge into practice,but also effectively stimulates their learning initiative and engineering innovation consciousness.The teaching practice shows that the project-based teaching mode based on the real production problems of enterprises can help students deeply analyze the structure principle and process flow offine chemical equipment,and systematically master the engineering thinking of equipment selection and process optimization.While promoting the internalization of professional knowledge,the reform program has effectively enhanced students’professional identity and career adaptability.
