摘 要:近年来,危险化学品道路运输事故的发生对我国社会安全产生了较大负面影响,也造成了极大的社会经济损失。为探究危险化学品道路运输事故发生的深层原因,文章收集了2019—2023年近五年来我国全国危险化学品道路运输事故调查报告52份,对事故原因进行编码,提取出57个危险化学品运输事故原因,其中人因层包含25个因素,设备层有7个因素,环境层有7个因素,管理层有18个因素。采用Apriori关联规则算法进行事故原因的关联规则挖掘,并利用Gephi软件对挖掘得到的关联规则进行可视化处理,以便更清晰地探究各个事故原因之间的复杂关系,挖掘事故发生的关键节点,以期为我国危险化学品道路运输事故预防提供对策建议。In recent years,the occurrence of road transportation accidents of hazardous chemicals has had a great negative impact on social security in our country,and also caused a great social and economic loss.In order to explore the deep causes of road transport accidents of hazardous chemicals,this paper collected 52 national investigation reports of road transport accidents of hazardous chemicals in China in the past five years from 2019—2023,coded the causes of accidents,and extracted 57 causes of hazardous chemicals transport accidents,among which 25 factors were included in the human factor layer.The device layer has 7 factors,the environment layer has 7 factors,and the management layer has 18 factors.The Apriori association rule algorithm is used to mine the association rules of the accident cause,and the Gephi software is used to visualize the excavated association rules,so as to more clearly explore the complex relationship between the causes of each accident and excavate the key nodes of the accident,in order to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the prevention of road transportation accidents of hazardous chemicals in China.
