摘　　要：提出出版人才的“八芒星培养模式”,从素养、知识、能力三个主体维度系统探讨人工智能知识重构下的出版人才培养体系。其中,以业务素养、政治素养和职业伦理素养为支撑的良好素养是出版人才的灵魂,围绕出版内容、出版经营管理和出版技术的必要知识是出版人才的养料;求真求善求美的综合能力强健出版人才的体魄。这些要素相互贯通相互支撑,需要以实践为导向共同服务于出版人才的培养。This study proposes the“Octagonal Star Training Model”for publishing talents,underpinned by three core pillars:literacy,knowledge,and competencies.Good literacy supported by professional qualities,political commitment,and professional ethics constitutes the soul of publishing talents.Essential knowledge surrounding publishing content,operations and management and technology provides nourishment for these talents.Comprehensive competencies for pursuing truth,goodness,and beauty enhance the overall quality of publishing talents.The“Octagonal Star Training Model”,with its interconnected and mutually supportive elements,must be implemented in a practice-oriented manner to effectively contribute to the cultivation of publishing talents.
