摘 要:在水溶液中,以阿拉伯树胶为保护剂,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(Dia)为结构导向剂,组氨酸(His)还原HAu Cl4制备片状金粉。研究了用量(摩尔比)、温度、初始p H对金粉尺寸和形貌的影响。得到制备二维微米片状金粉的最佳条件:n_(His):n_(Au)=1:1,n_(Dia):n_(Au)=3:2,温度40℃,反应液初始p H=1.2,得到片径3~4μm,厚度100~300 nm的六边形和三角形片状金粉。与国产LTCC生料带共烧,该片状金粉表现出优异的烧结匹配性和低电阻。Flake gold powders were synthesized in an aqueous solution by reducing HAuCl4 with histidine(His),using gum arabic as a protective agent and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC,Dia)as a structure-directing agent.The effects of dosage(molar ratio),temperature,and initial pH on the size and morphology of the gold powders were investigated.The optimal conditions for preparing two-dimensional micron-sized flake gold powders were determined as follows:n_(His):n_(Au)=1:1,n_(Dia):n_(Au)=3:2,temperature of 40℃,and initial pH of the reaction solution is 1.2.The hexagonal and triangular flake gold powders with lateral dimensions of 3~4μm and thicknesses of 100~300 nm were obtained.When co-fired with domestic LTCC green tape,the flake gold powder exhibited excellent sintering compatibility and low electrical resistance.
