摘 要:目的 构建基于洋葱理论的消毒供应中心护士核心能力评价指标,为规范消毒供应中心护士培训提供参考。方法 以洋葱理论为基础,通过文献分析、质性访谈以及德尔菲专家咨询法构建消毒供应中心护士核心能力评价指标。结果 通过文献分析初步形成指标初稿;通过质性访谈对指标初稿进行补充;通过两轮德尔菲专家咨询筛选及修改指标,其中专家积极系数为100%,专家的权威系数为0.79,其中判断依据为0.78,熟悉程度为0.70,两轮德尔菲Kendall's W均具有统计学意义(P<0.001),并且结合专家的意见对初稿进行修改,形成精确的消毒供应中心护士核心能力评价指标,包括一级指标4个、二级指标10个以及三级指标43个,并采用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重。结论 研究构建的消毒供应中心护士核心能力评价指标,充分结合洋葱理论模型,具有一定的理论基础,构建过程科学严谨,可为消毒供应中心护士核心能力的考评指标提供量化依据。Objective To construct a core competence assessment index based on onion theory for nurses in the central sterile supply department(CSSD),providing a reference for standardized training.Methods Based on onion theory,the core competence assessment index was established by literature analysis,qualitative interview and Delphi expert consultation.Results An initial draft of the index was formed through literature analysis supplemented by qualitative interviews.Two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were conducted to refine and validate the indicators.Expert participation rate was 100%,and the authority coefficient was 0.79,with a judgment coefficient of 0.78 and the familiarity coefficient was 0.70.Kendall's W for two rounds were statistically significant(P<0.001).Based on expert feedback,the final index was formed included four first-level indicators,ten second-level indicators and 43 third-level indicators.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to determine the weight of each indicator.Conclusions The developed core competence assessment index for CSSD nurses which based on the onion theory model,has a certain theoretical basis,and the construction process was scientific and rigorous,can provide quantitative basis for promoting the evaluation index of nurses' core competence in CSSD.
