摘  要:为了筛选出适合远安县栽培的香菇品种,2022—2023年对16个香菇品种进行了栽培试验。采用层次分析法确定了影响香菇经济效益的5个指标权重,通过指标权重和试验数据计算品种得分。结果表明,综合得分最高的是‘昌林212’,其次是‘七河9号’‘科力生238’和‘七河808’。栽培试验发现这4个品种菌龄期较短,出菇较早,菌盖完整,大小适中,抗逆性强,生物转化率高,产量高,适合远安县推广栽培。In order to screen suitable shiitake mushroom varieties for cultivation in Yuan’an county,cultivation experiments were conducted on 16 shiitake mushroom varieties from 2022 to 2023.Using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of five indicators that affect the economic benefits of shiitake mushrooms,and calculating the scores of each variety based on the indicator weights and experimental data.The results showed that‘Changlin 212’scored the highest,followed by‘Qihe 9’‘Kelisheng 238’,and‘Qihe 808’.The cultivation experiment also found that these four varieties had a short fungal age,produce mushrooms earlier,had round caps,moderate size,strong stress resistance,high biological conversion rate,and high yield,making them suitable for local promotion and cultivation.
