摘　　要：金花葵是一种食药同源的保健养生植物,为锦葵科秋葵属一年生草本植物,种子富含氨基酸、微量元素和不饱和脂肪酸,可用作食物和饲料、提取植物油等。本文就金花葵种子的形态特征、营养成分、生物学特征和抗性特征等方面进行了阐述,以期为金花葵种子的相关研究和开发利用提供参考。Hibiseu manihot L.is a kind of food and medicine homology of health care plant,it is an annual herbaceous plant of Abelmoschus Medicus of Malvaceae.Its seeds are rich in amino acids,trace elements and unsaturated fatty acids,and its seeds are used as food and fodder,and vegetable oils can be extracted.In this paper,the morphological characteristics,chemical composition,biological characteristics,and resistance characteristics of the seeds of H.manihot L.were expounded,which provided a reference for the related research and development utilization of H.manihot L.seeds.
