摘  要:矿浆流变特性显著影响浮选指标,而脉石矿物组分、矿浆浓度和水玻璃等浮选变量对矿浆流变特性影响较大。研究了矿浆浓度和水玻璃对两种脉石矿物组分有明显差异的硫化铅锌矿石的流变特性和浮选指标的影响。结果表明,当脉石矿物中高岭石等黏土矿物含量较高时,其矿浆流变特性显著劣于以石英等非黏土矿物为主要脉石矿物的矿浆,造成浮选指标的差异。对主要脉石矿物为石英等非黏土矿物的硫化铅锌矿,矿浆以简单的条块堆积结构为主,矿浆表观黏度较低,适用于通过高浓度浮选(50%左右)提升浮选指标、节省生产成本,提高经济效益。对含高岭石等黏土矿物较多的铅锌矿石,矿浆中出现蜂窝状的网络结构,矿浆表观黏度高,不适用高浓度浮选;但可添加适量的水玻璃,通过破坏矿浆网络状结构,改善浮选矿浆的流变特性从而提升浮选指标。The rheological properties of the slurry significantly affect the flotation indexes,and the flotation variables such as gangue minerals fractions,slurry concentration and water glass have a greater influence on the rheological properties of the slurry.In this paper,the effects of slurry concentration and water glass on the rheological properties and flotation indexes of two kinds of lead-zinc sulfide ores with obvious differences in gangue minerals fractions were investigated.The study showed that when the content of kaolinite and other clay minerals in the gangue minerals was high,the rheological properties of the slurry were significantly worse than those of the slurry with quartz and other non-clay minerals as the main gangue minerals,resulting in the difference of flotation indexes.For lead-zinc sulfide ores with quartz and other non-clay minerals as the main gangue minerals,the slurry is dominated by a simple block stacking structure,and the apparent viscosity of the slurry is low.So it is suitable for improving the flotation indexes,saving the production cost,and improving the economic efficiency through high-concentration flotation(about 50%).For lead-zinc ore containing more kaolinite and other clay minerals,the pulp appears honeycomb network structure,the apparent viscosity of the pulp is high,and it is not suitable for high-concentration flotation.However,it is possible to add an appropriate amount of water glass,which can destroy the network structure of the pulp and improve the rheological properties of the flotation pulp,thus enhancing the flotation indexes.
