摘 要:缩酮(醛)类香料是由醛或酮与醇在酸性或碱性条件下进行缩合反应所得的产物,该产物具有优异的性质、香味持久,近年来在香料香精化学领域具有广泛应用。而如何选取合适的催化剂以及合成方法对缩酮(醛)类香料进行高效绿色合成一直是本行业的研究热点。以酸性催化剂为例,介绍了杂多酸、离子液体、分子筛以及无机盐等缩酮(醛)类香料合成催化剂的研究进展,并对电催化、光催化和微波辅助等方法合成缩酮(醛)类香料进行分析,为缩酮(醛)类香料的低碳绿色高效合成工艺开发提供思路。Ketal(aldehyde)perfume is the product of the condensation reaction of aldehydes or ketones with alcohols under acidic or alkaline conditions.The product has the characteristics of excellent properties and lasting fragrance.In recent years,it has been widely used in the field of perfume and fragrance chemistry.How to select appropriate catalysts and synthesis methods for efficient and green synthesis of ketal(aldehyde)perfumes has always been a research hotspot in this industry.By taking acidic catalysts as an example,the research progress of catalysts for the synthesis of ketal(aldehyde)perfumes such as heteropoly acids,ionic liquids,molecular sieves,and inorganic salts was introduced.The synthesis of ketal(aldehyde)perfumes by electrocatalytic,photocatalytic,and microwave-assisted methods was analyzed,which provided ideas for the development of low-carbon,green,and efficient synthesis processes of ketal(aldehyde)perfumes in the future.
