数字化转型视域下人工智能驱动企业新质生产力提升

摘　　要：新质生产力是在现代信息技术支持下,实现资源高效利用、生产过程智能化和价值链全面提升的新型生产力形态。人工智能作为新一轮技术革命的核心力量,完美地适配了新质生产力的发展理念。基于对2011—2023年我国沪深A股上市公司数据的实证研究,论述人工智能在生产力革新过程中的核心作用,并揭示其如何通过嵌入式算法体系及技术赋能实现传统生产要素配置模式的跨越式演变。研究结果显示,人工智能对企业新质生产力发展具有显著的推动作用,尤其是通过加速企业的数字化转型促进了新质生产力的快速发展。建议针对各地区实行差异化政策引导与财政扶持;强化企业研发投入,培养高端技术人才;推进行业智能化定制发展策略;推动企业联盟联动,共建技术推广生态。New-quality productivity is a new form of productivity that enables efficient resource utilization,intelligent production processes,and comprehensive value chain enhancement,supported by modern information technology.As the core force of a new technological revolution,artificial intelligence perfectly aligns with the development concept of new-quality productivity.Based on an empirical study of the data from China’s Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2023,this paper discusses the central role of artificial intelligence in the productivity revolution process and reveals how it achieves a leapfrog evolution of the traditional production factor allocation model through embedded algorithms and technological empowerment.The research results show that artificial intelligence has a significant driving effect on the development of new-quality productivity,particularly by accelerating digital transformation and promoting the rapid development of new-quality productivity.The paper suggests implementing differentiated policies and fiscal support in various regions,strengthening enterprise research and development investment,cultivating high-end technical talents,promoting industry-specific intelligent customization strategies,and advancing enterprise alliances and collaborative efforts to build a technology promotion ecosystem.
