摘  要:对于地基中土体应力传递分布的研究,不仅有助于了解地基沉降变形时的作用过程与机理,而且对于分析其承载力稳定性问题也至关重要。此外,这些研究为城市建设活动中防灾减灾的控制提供有利的依据。鉴于传统土工测试中常用的土压力传感器因体积庞大、刚度过高而容易引发土拱效应,进而造成测量误差的局限的缺点,本文采用一种具备体积小、低功耗、精确度高等优点的MEMS气压力传感器进行改装,使其适用于土压力的测量,其受压面柔软的特点非常适用于土中自由应力场的测量。基于改装的MEMS土压力传感器建立了土应力分布室内实验模型,通过比较模型实验的实测结果和理论计算结果,验证了含水率的变化对土中应力分布传递存在着影响,同时也验证了经改装的MEMS土压力传感器用于土工试验的有效性。Research on the distribution of stress transfer in soil foundations not only helps to understand the process and mechanism of foundation settlement and deformation,but it is also crucial for analyzing the stability of its bearing capacity.Moreover,these studies provide a favorable basis for controlling disaster prevention and mitigation in urban construction activities.In view of the limitations of traditional soil pressure sensors commonly used in geotechnical testing due to their large size and high stiffness,which easily lead to soil arching effects and thus cause measurement errors,this paper adopts a MEMS air pressure sensor with advantages such as small size,low power consumption,and high accuracy for modification,making it suitable for measuring soil pressure.The soft characteristic of its pressure-receiving surface is very suitable for measuring the free stress field in soil.Based on the modified MEMS soil pressure sensor,an indoor experimental model for soil stress distribution was established.By comparing the measured results of the model experiments with the theoretical calculations,it was verified that changes in water content have an impact on the transmission of stress distribution in soil,and also validated the effectiveness of the modified MEMS soil pressure sensor for geotechnical testing.
