摘　　要：新时代背景下,我国产业生态正经历深刻变革,创新发展战略、“中国制造2025”及“互联网+”的深度融合推动新兴领域快速发展。这种变革对职业能力标准提出了持续更新的要求,既有的评估机制与产业升级需求已显现断层。当前人才评价体系难以精准反映新技术应用能力,也无法预判人才在新型业态中的发展潜力。针对这一现状,本研究基于数字化技术,构建了一套科学合理的技能人才评价体系,旨在提升评价效率、优化流程、提高准确性和公正性。展望了未来数字化技能人才评价体系的发展方向,提出探索元宇宙、数字孪生技术在沉浸式评价中的应用,推动评价体系从“工具辅助”向“生态重构”演进,助力中国从“技能大国”迈向“技能强国”。本研究旨在为构建与时俱进的技能人才评价体系提供理论支持和实践指导,推动我国技能人才队伍在高质量发展中发挥关键作用。In the context of the new era,China's industrial ecosystem is undergoing profound changes,driven by the deep integration of innovation development strategies,“Made in China 2025”,and“Internet Plus”,which are promoting rapid development in emerging fields.This transformation has created a continuous demand for the updating of vocational competency standards,revealing a disconnect between existing assessment mechanisms and the needs of industrial upgrading.Currently,the talent evaluation system struggles to accurately reflect the application capabilities of new technologies and cannot predict the development potential of talent in new business formats.In response to this situation,this study,based on digital technology,constructs a scientific and reasonable skill talent evaluation system aimed at enhancing evaluation efficiency,optimizing processes,and improving accuracy and fairness.It envisions the future development direction of the digital skill talent evaluation system,proposing the exploration of the application of the metaverse and digital twin technology in immersive evaluations,promoting the evolution of the evaluation system from“tool assistance”to“ecological reconstruction”,and aiding China in transitioning from a“skilled workforce nation”to a“strong skilled nation”.This research aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for constructing a skill talent evaluation system that keeps pace with the times,facilitating the critical role of China's skilled talent pool in high-quality development.
