摘 要:本文建立了分光光度法测量改性纤维中总多酚含量的方法。试样经前处理后,样液采用福林酚-碳酸钠显色法显色,以没食子酸为标准对照定量试样中的总多酚。结果表明:方法在1.0 mg/L~6.65 mg/L范围内,线性相关系数为0.9973,3个不同添加水平含量(10 mg/kg、20 mg/kg和50 mg/kg)空白加标回收试验的回收率为83.94%~88.74%,精密度为0.4%~2.4%(n=7),方法的线性范围良好,其准确度和精密度均能满足方法学的要求,适用改性纤维中总多酚含量的测定。A spectrophotometric method of measuring total polyphenols in modified fibers was established.After pretreatment,the sample was developed by Foline phenol-sodium carbonate,and the total polyphenols in the sample was quantified with gallic acid as the calibration standard.The results show that the method is in the range of 1.0 mg/L~6.65 mg/L,the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9973,and the content of three different addition levels(10 mg/kg,20 mg/kg,50 mg/kg),the recovery rate is 83.94%~88.74%,and the precision is 0.4%~2.4%(n=7).The linear range of the method is good.Its accuracy and precision can meet the requirements of methodology,which is suitable for the determination of the content of total polyphenols in the modified fiber.
