摘  要:环境中的微塑料(MPs)由于阳光、各种机械力及生物降解等因素的作用下会发生老化现象。随着MPs的老化,其自身的理化性质、环境行为及毒性也会发生一定改变。通过大量的文献研究,从MPs的物理、化学和生物老化方面综述了MPs的老化机理,并从个体、细胞和分子层面对老化MPs的毒性效应进行了阐述,指出老化MPs会由于自身理化性质及吸附能力的改变、添加物的浸出等原因导致其毒性增强。最后,对未来MPs的研究进行了展望。Microplastics(MPs)in the environment are found to undergo aging due to factors such as sunlight,mechanical forces and biodegradation.As MPs aged,their physicochemical properties,environmental behavior and toxicity are observed to change.Through extensive literature research,the aging mechanisms of MPs were summarized from physical,chemical and biological perspectives,and the toxic effects of aged MPs were described at the individual,cellular and molecular levels.It was pointed out that aged MPs would exhibit enhanced toxicity due to changes in their physicochemical properties and adsorption capacity,as well as leaching of additives.Finally,prospects for future research on MPs were discussed.
