摘　　要：针对大型昆虫标本图像采集和处理的难点,比如图像景深不足和原始图像处理。研究利用现成的设备和材料集成了一套大型昆虫标本图像采集系统,并明确了其操作方法和流程,着重解决大型昆虫标本图像采集中的景深和曝光等问题;利用Helicon Focus软件,解决图像后期处理的问题。Regarding the difficulties in image acquisition and processing of large insect specimens,such as insufficient depth of field and raw image processing,this study integrated a specimen image acquisition system of large insects by using existing equipment and materials,and clarified its operation method and process,focusing on solving problems such as depth of field and exposuring in large-scaled insect specimen image acquisition;Used Helicon Focus software to solve the image post-processing problems.
