摘 要:外语教师动机在推动教育改革创新和增强国家文化软实力中的核心作用日益凸显。文章以CNKI(北大核心及CSSCI)数据库为来源,借助可视化分析工具CiteSpace,对21世纪以来外语教师动机相关文献进行系统分析,旨在探究该领域的研究演进态势与前沿热点,并对未来研究进行展望。研究发现,国内该领域发文量经历快速发展后进入常态化,但整体不稳定;虽涌现出高影响力学者,但合作分散;研究热点集中在外语教师动机的激发模式、认知构建和情感影响;该领域研究从早期教师内驱力探索,到中期教学与科研动机深入剖析,再到近期数字化转型与教师身份认同的复杂影响,展现外语教师动机研究在不同阶段的演进与深化。文章认为,动机的多维度和动态性特征有待国内学者关注。未来研究应实现四个转变:研究方法从单一转向多元化,借助大数据构建预测模型;研究视角从静态观察转为动态追踪,加强多学科交叉融合;研究范畴从单一维度向多维度转变,考察多维度变量交互作用;提升研究机制,从内部激发转向内外因素协同整合,通过优化外部条件增强内在动机。The foreign language teachers'motivation plays an increasingly important role in promoting educational reform and innovation and enhancing the soft power of national culture.Based on CNKI(Peking University Core and CSSCI)database and visualization analysis tool CiteSpace,this paper makes a systematic analysis of literature related to the motivation of foreign language teachers since the 21st century,aiming to explore the research evolution and frontier hot spots,and forecasts future research.According to findings,the number of research papers has become normal after experiencing rapid development,but the overall is unstable.Although influential scholars have emerged,cooperation is scattered.The motivational model,cognitive construction and affective influence of foreign language teachers are hot topics in research.From the exploration of teacher drive in the early stage,to the in-depth analysis of teaching and research motivation in the middle stage,to the complex impact of digital transformation and teacher identity in the recent period,the research shows the evolution and in-depth study on foreign language teacher motivation at different stages.It is suggested that the multi-dimensional and dynamic characteristics of motivation need to be paid attention to by domestic scholars.Four changes should be realized in future research.The first is that the research method should be changed from single to diversified,and the prediction model should be built with the help of big data.The second is that the research perspective changes from static observation to dynamic tracking,strengthening the interdisciplinary integration.The third is that the research scope is changed from single dimension to multi-dimension,and the interaction of multi-dimension variables is investigated.The last one is that the promotion mechanism shifts from internal stimulation to internal and external factors coordination and integration,optimizing external conditions to enhance internal motivation.
