摘 要:针对倾转旋翼机特殊的气动构型、不同的飞行模式以及模式横航向通道控制的稳定性、快速性和耦合性等需求,首先以XV 15倾转旋翼机为研究对象,建立其横航向动力学线性模型;其次针对倾转旋翼机直升机模式横向通道操纵冗余的问题,从定性和定量2个角度分析横向通道的飞行特性以及不同操纵方式的差异,提出了一种将倾转旋翼左右螺旋桨的横向周期变距与差动总距相结合的横向操纵方式,用于解决横向飞行的稳定与机动控制之间的矛盾,并采用经典控制方法对不同操纵方式分别进行了相应的横向控制律设计;最后基于MATLAB/Simulink和X Plane视景软件搭建了倾转旋翼机飞行控制仿真系统,将所设计的横向控制律进行了仿真验证与对比分析。仿真结果表明,倾转旋翼机直升机模式飞行采用基于横向周期变距与差动总距相结合的横向控制律,能够有效克服常规单通道控制的缺点,具有更好的控制稳定性和动态响应特性。In response to the special aerodynamic configuration,different flight modes,and the stability,speed,and coupling requirements of the lateral channel control of the tiltrotor aircraft,this paper first takes the XV 15 tiltrotor aircraft as the research object and establishes its lateral dynamic linear model.Secondly,in response to the issue of redundant lateral channel control in the tiltrotor helicopter mode,the flight characteristics of the lateral channel and the differences in different control methods are analyzed from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives.A lateral control method that combines the lateral cyclic and differential collective of the left and right propellers of the tiltrotor is proposed to solve the contradiction between lateral flight stability and maneuver control.Classic control methods are used to design corresponding lateral control laws for different control methods.Finally,a tiltrotor flight control simulation system was built based on MATLAB/Simulink and X Plane visual software,and the designed lateral control law was verified and compared through simulation.The simulation results show that the use of a lateral control law based on the combination of lateral cyclic and differential collective in the helicopter mode flight of tiltrotor aircraft can effectively overcome the shortcomings of conventional single channel control,and has better control stability and dynamic response characteristics.
