摘  要:为解决包装行业衣领成型板制造中的生产效率低、精度不高的问题,本研究提出一种通过构建衣领曲线与肩曲面数学模型、模拟肩曲面成型过程来设计与制造衣领成型板的方法(简称联合建模方法)。在制造工艺方面,采用3D打印技术获得衣领成型板模型,并对其进行拉膜袋成型和对比实验。结果表明,相比于单纯的计算机辅助设计方法,本研究提出的联合建模方法可以将设计效率提升20.3%,精度可达98.5%,且领口曲线的误差小于1mm。然后对设计模型进行3D打印,所需时间约为4.2小时,打印精度可达99.1%。本研究对于解决衣领成型板设计方面的问题具有重要的理论指导意义和工程应用价值,为包装行业的发展提供了有力的技术支持。To solve the problems of low production efficiency and low accuracy in the design of collar forming plates in the packaging industry,in this study,a mathematical model of collar curve and shoulder surface was constructed,and the shoulder surface forming process was simulated to design and manufacture collar forming plates(referred to as the joint modeling method).In terms of manufacturing process,3D printing technology was used to obtain a collar forming plate model,and it was subjected to film bag forming and comparative experiments.The results showed that compared to simple computer-aided design methods,the joint modeling method proposed in this study can improve design efficiency by 20.3%,achieve an accuracy of 98.5%,and the error of the collar curve is less than 1mm.The final 3D printing time for the model is about 4.2 hours,and the printing accuracy can reach 99.1%.This study has important theoretical guidance and engineering application value for solving the design problems of collar forming plates,providing strong technical support for the development of the packaging industry.
