摘 要:针对目前中式预制菜的包装问题,本研究对中式预制菜目标用户进行调研并初步收集用户需求,使用KANO模型对用户需求进行分类与敏感度排序,再筛选核心需求进行基元建模与共轭分析,确定包装功能与用户需求之间的关联性。然后,围绕中式预制菜智能包装系统进行探索,利用TRIZ理论解决设计中的主要矛盾点,最后通过可拓创新优度评价法对概念设计方案进行综合评估,验证了设计方法的可行性,并从产品功能与智能包装系统的角度为中式预制菜包装设计提供设计思路。本研究借助TRIZ与可拓创新方法集成量化分析产品功能,使得预制菜的包装设计更加客观科学,为未来预制菜包装设计提供参考路径。According to the current Chinese pre-prepared dishes packaging design problems and provide conceptual design solutions for intelligent packaging,the users of Chinese pre-prepared dishes were researched and the user requirements were initially collected.Kano model was then used to classify user requirements and rank the sensitivity in this study.Then,the core requirements were filtered to carry out primitive modelling and conjugate analysis,with the objective of determining the correlation between the packaging functions and user requirements.Subsequently,the intelligent packaging system for Chinese pre-prepared dishes was investigated,with TRIZ theory employed to resolve the primary design contradictions.Finally,the conceptual design scheme was subjected to a comprehensive assessment through the Extension Innovation Superiority Evaluation Method,and the feasibility of intelligent packaging design for Chinese pre-prepared dishes was verified.This method provided insights into the design of such packaging from the perspective of product function and intelligent packaging systems.The integrated design method,which incorporates TRIZ theory,the extension innovation method and the superiority evaluation method,makes the packaging design of pre-prepared dishes more objective and scientific,and provides a reference path for the future packaging design of Chinese pre-prepared dishes.
