摘　　要：According to an analysis of the latest GLOBOCAN data,pancreatic cancer accounted for the seventh-highest number of cancer-related deaths in China(1).Early clinical symptoms of pancreatic cancer typically include abdominal pain,loss of appetite,and weight loss.The disease progresses rapidly,and invasive pancreatic cancer often presents as a mass infiltrating the duodenal cavity,leading to symptoms of upper gastrointestinal obstruction(2,3).However,cases of gastrointestinal bleeding due to pancreatic cancer invading the duodenum are rare.
