摘　　要：“新双高”对高水平专业群精准服务产业链“复合型”技术技能人才提出了新要求。文章通过分析产业升级背景下,陕西高职院校专业群高质量建设与实践存在的主要问题,围绕优化专业群人才培养规格与目标、构建专业群精准服务产业的产教融合体系、建立专业群高质量建设“共性+个性”融合式指标体系、强化专业群多元协同的评价体系与激励机制等四个层面进行了探索和研究,旨在为新时代背景下省域高水平专业群的系统化建设与实践创新提供有效借鉴。The"New Double High"initiative has put forward new requirements for the"composite"technical and skilled talents that high-level professional clusters should precisely serve the industrial chain.This article,through analyzing the main problems existing in the high-quality construction and practice of professional clusters in higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province under the background of industrial upgrading,has conducted exploratory research on four aspects:optimizing the talent cultivation specifications and goals of professional clusters,constructing a production-education integration system for professional clusters to precisely serve industries,establishing a"commonality+individuality"integrated index system for the high-quality construction of professional clusters,and strengthening the multi-party collaborative evaluation system and incentive mechanism of professional clusters.The aim is to provide effective references for the systematic construction and practical innovation of provincial-level high-level professional clusters in the new era.
