新质生产力背景下高校基层党组织力提升的内涵、特征及路径研究

摘　　要：新质生产力作为推动经济社会发展的关键力量,对高校党组织力提升具有重要影响。文章深入探讨新质生产力与高校基层党组织力之间的紧密联系,分析新质生产力背景下高校党组织力提升的内涵与特征,阐述新质生产力对高校党组织力的影响,以及高校党组织力对新质生产力的推动作用。同时,提出新质生产力背景下高校党组织力提升的路径,包括优化党组织架构、加强党员队伍建设、推动党建与业务融合、加强党组织文化建设、创新党建工作方式以及加强协同合作等,旨在为高校党组织在新质生产力背景下实现高质量发展提供理论参考与实践指导。As a key force to promote economic and social development,the new quality productivity has an important impact on the improvement of university party organization.This paper deeply discusses the close relationship between the new quality productivity and the grassroots party organizational power in colleges and universities,analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the improvement of the party organizational power in colleges and universities under the background of the new quality productivity,and expounds the influence of the new quality productivity on the party organizational power in colleges and universities,and the promoting role of the party organizational power in colleges and universities.At the same time,it puts forward the path to improve the party organization in colleges and universities under the background of new quality productivity,including optimizing the party organization structure,strengthening the construction of party members,promoting the integration of party construction and business,strengthening the construction of party organization culture,innovating the working mode of party construction,and strengthening cooperation and cooperation,so as to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the party organizations in colleges and universities to achieve high-quality development under the background of new quality productivity.
