摘 要:随着医疗技术的飞速发展,机器人手术逐渐在多个外科领域崭露头角,其中在耳科领域,机器人人工耳蜗植入手术也逐渐进入到临床应用。2024年作者团队率先成功完成了一例利用机械臂(OTOARM)和机械手(OTODRIVE)进行的人工耳蜗电极植入手术,该机器人手术系统以其匀速、慢速插入电极的独特优势,极大地提升了手术效果。本文旨在对此次手术进行总结,探讨机器人手术在人工耳蜗植入领域的应用价值及前景。Along with rapid advance of medical technology,robotic surgery is gradually being adopted by various surgical disciplines.In the field of otology,robotic approach has also been attempted in cochlear implantation(CI).The authors recently completed a CI case,in which the OTOARM and OTODRIVE system was used to place the electrodes.The advantages of insertion at a slow and steady pace by the system were believed to have improved surgical outcomes.In this paper,this case is reviewed and the value and future of robotic approach in the field of cochlear implantation are discussed.
