摘  要:目的采用前庭功能检查系统探讨不同环境亮度(180 Lux、0 Lux)、视靶方向(水平向左、水平向右)、速度(20°/s、40°/s)等条件下视动性眼震(optokinetic nystagmus,OKN)试验的差异,为建立飞行学员视动性眼震参考值范围提供理论基础。方法招募54例健康飞行学员,每名受试者均在八种不同试验条件下进行OKN试验,分析不同影响因素对OKN的影响。结果视靶方向、速度为水平向左40°/s时,明室与暗室条件下增益值差异有统计学意义(P=0.008);视靶方向、速度为水平向右40°/s时,明室与暗室条件下增益值差异有统计学意义(P=0.011);暗室视靶速度为40°/s时,视靶水平向左与向右条件下增益值差异有统计学意义(P=0.048);在明室视靶方向为水平向左时,视靶速度20°/s与40°/s条件下增益值差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);在明室视靶方向为水平向右时,视靶速度20°/s与40°/s条件下增益值差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);在暗室视靶方向为水平向左时,视靶速度20°/s与40°/s条件下增益值差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);在暗室视靶方向为水平向右时,视靶速度20°/s与40°/s条件下增益值差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。在明室视靶速度为20°/s时的不对称性值与在明室视靶速度为40°/s时不对称性值差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);在暗室视靶速度为20°/s时不对称性值与在暗室视靶速度为40°/s时不对称性值差异无统计学意义(P=0.145)。结论不同环境亮度、视靶方向和速度可能会对OKN试验产生影响。Objective Vestibular function test system was used to investigate the differences of OKN tests under different ambient brightness(180 Lux,0 Lux),visual target direction(horizontal left,horizontal right),speed(20°/s,40°/s),etc.,providing a theoretical basis for establishing the reference range of OKN for pilot cadets.Methods A total of 54 healthy pilot cadets were recruited,and each subject underwent OKN test under eight different test conditions,and the effects of different influencing factors on OKN were analyzed.Results When the visual target direction and velocity were 40°/s horizontally to the left,there was a statistically significant difference in the gain value between the bright and dark room conditions(P=0.008).When the visual target direction and velocity were horizontal to the right 40°/s,there was a statistically significant difference in the gain value between the bright and dark room conditions(P=0.011).When the visual target velocity in dark room was 40°/s,there was a statistically significant difference in gain value between left and right visual target(P=0.048).When the visual target direction in the bright room was horizontal to the left,there was a statistically significant difference in the gain value between the visual target velocity of 20°/s and 40°/s(P<0.001).When the visual target direction was horizontal to the right in the bright room,there was a statistically significant difference in the gain value between the visual target velocity of 20°/s and 40°/s(P<0.001).When the visual target direction in the dark room was horizontal to the left,the gain values at the visual target velocity of 20°/s and 40°/s were significantly different(P<0.001).When the target direction was horizontal to the right in the dark room,there was a statistically significant difference between the gain values at 20°/s and 40°/s(P<0.001).There was significant difference between the asymmetry values at 20°/s and 40°/s in bright room(P<0.001).There was no significant difference between the asymmetry valu
