摘　　要：经脉脏腑相关是脏腑经络学说的核心内容之一,具有显著的研究价值和临床应用潜力。本文就近5年有关经脉脏腑相关研究文献进行整理与汇总,发现经脉诊断方面新增了较多的临床应用依据,经脉调理方面开启了高质量循证医学研究的新局面,内在联系及生物学机制方面例证了以“心经-心”为代表的神经生物学特征及其调控机制,明确提出了“效应规律”前提下临床“脑网络功能连接”和基础“神经环路机制”相结合的经脉脏腑与脑相关研究模式。Meridian Viscera Correlationship is one of the core contents of Zang-fu meridians theory,which has significant research value and clinical application potential.In this paper,the literature on meridian-viscera-related research in the past five years was sorted out and summarized,and it was found that more clinical application basis was added in meridiandiagnosis,and a new situation of high-quality evidence-based medicine related to meridianviscera-viscera was opened in the aspect of meridian-viscera-conditioning.In terms of internal connection and biological mechanism,the neurobiological characteristics and regulatory mechanism represented by"heart-heart-heart"were illustrated.In this paper,the research model of the relationship between the meridians,the zang-fu organs and the brain,which combines the functional connection of the brain network and the basic neural circuit mechanism under the premise of the"effect law",is clearly proposed.
