摘 要:空间碎片撞击飞行器后的后效演化过程对飞行器防护设计工作有着重要的意义,针对一般高速相机连续拍摄空间碎片撞击防护板后效图像时,由于寄生火光和烟雾太强所带来的过曝和模糊等问题,采用大能量脉冲全固体激光器,结合超高速相机进行空间碎片撞击后图像获取工作。该方法使用多路同步控制模块分别控制超高速相机以及激光光源,当空间碎片经过测试启动装置时,激光器和相机协同完成拍摄工作,获取多张空间碎片飞行和撞击后的图像。通过地基模拟空间碎片飞行撞击试验,该测试方法完成了撞击前后连续多幅的图像清晰记录,模拟空间碎片为直径6 mm钢球,撞击速度为1000 m/s,模拟防护板为两层距离150 mm的10 mm钢板,相机距离空间碎片飞行轨迹垂直距离为1000 mm,拍摄视场为570 mm×370 mm,证明该测试方法可以作为空间碎片撞击后图像获取的有效测试方法。The evolution process of the aftereffect of space debris impacting the spacecraft is of great significance to the protection design of the spacecraft.In view of the problems such as overexposure and blurring caused by parasitic fire and smoke when the general high-speed camera continuously takes the aftereffect images of space debris impacting the protective panel,a high-energy pulsed solid-state laser combined with an ultra-high speed camera was used to acquire images of space debris after impact.In this method,a multi-channel synchronous control module is used to control the ultra-high speed camera and the laser light source respectively.When the space debris passes through the test starting device,the laser and the camera work together to complete the shooting work,and obtain multiple images of the space debris flight and impact.Through the ground-based simulation of space debris flight impact test,the test method completed the clear recording of several consecutive images before and after impact.The simulated space debris was a steel ball with a diameter of 6mm,the impact speed was 1000 m/s,the simulated protection plate was two layers of 10 mm steel plate with a distance of 150mm,the vertical distance between the camera and the flight path of space debris is 1000 mm.and the shooting field was 570 mm×370 mm.It is proved that this test method can be used as an effective test method for image acquisition after space debris impact.
