摘 要:旨在了解小儿外科专科护士在培训过程中的真实体验与感受,为进一步完善其培养模式提供参考依据。采用现象学研究方法,对小儿外科专科护士的反思日记进行整理分析,通过目的抽样法对15名小儿外科专科护士进行半结构式质性访谈。分析小儿外科专科护士培训的真实体验,包括培训需求、培训正性体验、负性体验。结果表明,小儿外科专科护士培训能有效提升专科护士的综合能力,但其准入条件、培训周期与继续认证尚有待进一步完善与优化。To understand the real experience and feelings of pediatric surgery specialist nurses in the process of training and further improve the training model,the phenomenological research method was used to organize and analyze the reflective diary of specialized nurses in pediatric surgery.A total of 15 specialized nurses in pediatric surgery were selected by purposive sampling and semi-structured qualitative interviews were conducted.The real experience of pediatric surgery specialist nurses training was analyzed,including training needs,positive experience and negative experience.Pediatric surgery specialist nurse training can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of specialist nurses.However,the access conditions,training cycle and continuing certification still need to be further improved and optimized.
