摘 要:梯级教学管理是以行动学习法为基础,在“传感与测试技术”课程教学过程中逐渐总结形成的一种现代教学实践和创新方法。梯级教学管理采用“以本科生需求为导向,研究生二年级为主力,研究生一年级为助力,教师为控制力”的模式,在课堂教学、作业辅导、实验和课程设计等方面进行了合理的资源配置与优化,这一方法全面提升了本科生的专业知识、实践能力、创新能力和综合素质,同时也促进了研究生助教的成长与发展,在教学过程中取得了良好的效果。Cascade teaching management is a modern teaching practice and innovative method that is gradually summarized and formed in the teaching process of Sensing and Testing Technology based on the action learning method.This management has formed a set of“undergraduate needs as the guidance,the second year of graduate students as the main force,the first year of graduate students as the support,teachers as the control”method,from the classroom teaching links,homework guidance links,experiment links and course design links to carry out reasonable resource allocation and optimization.It comprehensively improves the professional knowledge,practical ability,innovation ability,and comprehensive quality of undergraduate and graduate teaching assistants,and has achieved good results in the teaching process.
