摘　　要：从科技人力资本理论视角对拔尖人才的成长本质与一体化选育优化策略进行了深刻探析。在培养基础学科拔尖人才的教育情境下,将科技人力资本构建为四个维度:创新能力、心理资本、社会资本与身心健康水平。基础学科拔尖人才一体化培养体系应采取动态化选拔模式,识别个体所拥有的科技人力资本,培育职业社交技能与科研合作能力,发展积极的心理力量与个体福祉,充分保障其身体健康。在评价方式方面,一体化选育体系应开展以科技人力资本四个维度为核心的全面评价方式。This study conducts an in-depth exploration of the essence of growth for top-notch talents and how to optimize the practice of integrated selection and cultivation based on the theory of scientific and technical human capital.In the educational context of cultivating top-notch talents in basic disciplines,this article constructs scientific and technical human capital into four dimensions:innovation capability,psychological capital,social capital,and physical and mental health.The existing integrated educational system for top-notch talents in basic disciplines should adopt dynamic approach to talent selection,identify individual’s scientific and technical human capital,cultivate professional social skills and research collaboration abilities,fully ensure their physical health,and develop positive psychological strength and individual well-being.In terms of evaluation methods,the integrated selection and cultivation system should carry out a comprehensive evaluation method with the four dimensions of science and technical human capital as the core.
