摘 要:根据软件工程专业人才培养模式的现状,进行了融入思政元素等方面的改革与实践,提出了课程思政下创新应用型软件工程人才培养模式及其改革尝试,建设了优质的线上课程资源,培养了“双师双能型”师资队伍,打造了协同创新型第二课堂,构建了科产教融合,以赛促建,完善了师生绩效考核指标体系和激励机制,以培养具有爱国主义、团队协作能力、创新性思维能力的德智体全面发展的综合型人才。经实践表明,该人才培养模式效果显著,具有一定的借鉴意义。This article analyzes the current status of talent cultivation models for software engineering majors,integrates curriculum ideological and political elements into the course,and proposes an innovative and applied software engineering talent cultivation model and its reform attempts under“Curriculum Ideology and Politics”by building high-quality online course resources,cultivating a“Dual-Qualified and Dual-Competent”teachers,creating a collaborative and innovative second classroom,building the evaluation index system and incentive mechanism integrating science,industry and education,promoting talents construction through competition,and improving the performance for teachers and students,in order to cultivate comprehensive talents with patriotism,team collaboration ability,and innovative thinking ability in moral,intellectual,and physical development.After multiple practices,the proposed talent training model has shown significant effectiveness and has certain reference significance.
