摘 要:为了更好地开发沙棘资源,充分利用沙棘果皮这种工业废料,构建了一种利用超临界CO_(2)萃取技术从沙棘果皮中提取黄色素类化合物的工艺。首先研究了提取压力、提取温度和提取时间3个因素对沙棘果皮黄色素提取量(以β–胡萝卜素为测定指标)的影响规律;然后,根据单因素实验结果,采用Box-Behnken响应面法设计并优化超临界CO_(2)对沙棘果皮黄色素的提取工艺。筛选出提取最优条件为提取温度为43℃、提取压力为25 MPa、提取时间为110 min,在此条件下沙棘果皮中黄色素的提取量达到6.473 mg/g。该工艺具有提取量高、操作简便且无污染的优势,可为沙棘果皮黄色素的工业化应用提供重要参考。To effectively utilize sea buckthorn resources and fully leverage sea buckthorn peel as an industrial byproduct,a process for extracting yellow pigment compounds from the peel using supercritical CO_(2) extraction technology was developed.Taking β-carotene as the determination index,the impact of three key factors(extraction temperature,extraction pressure,and extraction time)on the yield of yellow pigments from the peel was investigated through single-factor experiments.On this basis,the Box-Behnken response surface methodology was used to design and optimize the supercritical CO_(2) process of extracting carotenoids from sea buckthorn peel.The optimal extraction condition was selected as:extraction time of 110 minutes,extraction pressure of 25 MPa,and extraction temperature of 43℃,resulting in a carotenoid yield of 6.473 mg/g from the sea buckthorn peel.This extraction process not only offers high yield,but also ensures operational simplicity and environmental sustainability,providing valuable insights for the industrial application of yellow pigments extracted from sea buckthorn peel.
