摘  要:课程建设是院校军事教育与人才培养的核心要素之一。以教育生态学理论为指导,在分析军士教育专业课程建设面临问题的基础上,紧扣军士教育新生态课程的概念要义,并以此为实践探索提供理论层面指引。循此路径,以生态系统观视角,从构建生态谱系、营造生态体系、丰富生态内涵三个方面为军士教育专业课程创新建设提供了蓝图与建议。Curriculum construction is one of the core elements of military education and personnel training in military academies.This paper guided by the theory of ecology of education,and closely follows the concept of the new ecological curriculum of sergeant education,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the practical exploration of sergeant education reform.Following this path,from the perspective of ecosystem,this paper puts forward the focus and suggestions for the new ecological construction of the sergeant education curriculum from three aspects:describing the ecological pedigree,building the ecological system and paying attention to the ecological connotation.
