摘　　要：中华中医药学会脾胃病分会组织撰写了《克罗恩病中医诊疗专家共识意见(2024)》,于2024年8月正式发表在《中医杂志》。该共识参考最新国内外指南和研究进展,结合我国实际情况和临床实践,对克罗恩病中医病因病机、辨证分型、治疗策略和疗效评定等内容进行了最新推荐,并指出了临床难点问题及中医药优势。本文就共识的核心内容进行解读,以期为克罗恩病的中医规范化诊疗提供参考。The Spleen and Stomach Diseases Branch of the China Association of Chinese Medicine spearheaded the development of the"Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Crohn's Disease with Traditional Chinese Medicine(2024)",which was officially published in the Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine in August 2024.This consensus referred to the latest domestic and international guidelines and research progress,combined with the actual situation and clinical practice in China,to provide the latest recommendations on the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and classification,therapeutic strategies,and efficacy assessment of Crohn's disease using traditional Chinese medicine.It also highlights clinical difficulties and the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.This article interprets the core content of the consensus,aiming to serve as a reference for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of Crohn's disease in traditional Chinese medicine.
