伏诺拉生联合铝碳酸镁片对反流性食管炎患者症状改善、胃动力及胃动素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察伏诺拉生联合铝碳酸镁片对反流性食管炎患者症状改善、胃动力及胃动素水平的影响。方法:选择2021年8月—2022年10月本院消化内科收治的90例反流性食管炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组45例。对照组给予基础治疗+伏诺拉生,研究组在对照组基础上给予铝碳酸镁片。比较2组患者的症状改善情况、24 h食管pH监测结果、内镜积分、胃动力情况,并检测血浆胃动素、胃泌素水平与炎症因子。结果:治疗后,2组胃食管反流病诊断问卷评分、反流时间≥5 min次数、最长反流时间、pH<4时间、胃半排空时间、胃排空时间、内镜积分、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8均小于(或低于)治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组小于(或低于)对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血浆胃动素、胃泌素水平均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:伏诺拉生联合铝碳酸镁片可显著改善反流性食管炎患者的症状、24 h食管pH,提高胃动力,且能调节血浆胃动素、胃泌素水平与炎症因子的表达水平。Objective To observe the impacts of vonoprazan combined with hydrotalcite tablets on symptom improvement,gastric motility,and motilin level in patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods Ninety reflux esophagitis patients admitted from August 2021 to October 2022 were collected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group underwent standard treatment with vonoprazan,while the study group received hydrotalcite tablets in addition to the standard treatment.The symptom improvement,24-hour esophageal pH monitoring results,endoscopic integration,and gastric motility were compared between the two groups,and the plasma motilin,gastrin levels and inflammatory factors were compared.Results After treatment,the gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire scores,times of reflux time≥5 min,longest reflux time,pH<4 time,gastric half-emptying time,gastric emptying time,endoscopic integration,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,and interleukin-8 levels in both groups were less than(or lower than)before treatment(P<0.05),and the study group was less than(or lower than)the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of plasma motilin and gastrin in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vonoprazan combined with hydrotalcite tablets can obviously improve the symptoms,24-hour esophageal pH,gastric motility,and regulate the levels of plasma motilin,gastrin,and the expression levels of inflammatory factors in patients with reflux esophagitis.
