摘　　要：非糜烂性胃食管反流病(non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease,NERD)是一种临床表现以烧心、反酸等食管反流为特征的疾病,但胃镜下无黏膜损害,是胃食管反流病中最常见的一种亚型。在NERD患者中,焦虑和抑郁的患病率分别高达51%和45%。NERD的西医临床治疗以质子泵抑制剂为主,然而许多NERD伴有焦虑抑郁的患者表现出对质子泵抑制剂的耐药性。中医治疗NERD伴焦虑抑郁具有独特的优势。故本文介绍了王垂杰治NERD伴焦虑抑郁的经验,以供参考学习。王垂杰教授认为此病病因以内伤情志、饮食失宜为主,病机是肝郁和脾虚导致气机升降失调,从而气机逆乱,郁而化热,治则上以恢复肝脾气机升降为主,根据病情变化加减药物调整治疗本病,临床疗效确切,能有效改善NERD伴焦虑抑郁患者的临床症状。Non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(NERD)is a clinical disease characterized by heartburn,acid reflux and other esophageal reflux,but there is no mucosal damage under gastroscope.It is the most prevalent subtype of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Among patients with NERD,the prevalence rates of anxiety and depression are as high as 51%and 45%,respectively.The clinical treatment of NERD in Western medicine is mainly proton pump inhibitors.However,many NERD patients with anxiety and depression show resistance to proton pump inhibitors.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of NERD with anxiety and depression.Therefore,this paper introduces WANG Chuijie's experience in the treatment of NERD with anxiety and depression for reference.Professor WANG Chuijie believes that the etiology of this disease is mainly due to injury and improper diet,while the pathogenesis is the imbalance of Qi movement caused by liver depression and spleen deficiency,which leads to Qi disorder,depression,and heat.The treatment principle is mainly to restore the ascension and descension of liver and spleen Qi,while adjusting the treatment of this disease according to the changes of the disease.The clinical effect is accurate and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of NERD patients with anxiety and depression.
