摘  要:伦理对教师形象具有质的规定性,理想教师形象的建构需要发挥伦理的引领作用。新时代教师形象的建构应该以教师与自我、他人、社会的互动中所展现出来的伦理精神为核心旨归。站在新的历史方位,教师要在教育教学活动中用以师德为核心的德性伦理、以立德树人为初心的责任伦理、数字时代语境中的技术伦理来彰显新的师者形象。锚定“双驱动”目标、坚持“双本位”原则、突出“双链条”支撑是实现新时代教师形象伦理建构的关键举措。Ethics has a qualitative stipulation on the image of teachers, and the construction of an ideal teacher image needs to play the leading role of ethics. The construction of the image of teachers in the new era should be based on the ethical spirit shown in the interaction between teachers and themselves, others, and society. Standing at a new historical position, teachers should use moral ethics with teacher ethics as the core, responsibility ethics with the original intention of establishing morality and cultivating people, and technical ethics in the context of the digital age in educational and teaching activities to demonstrate the new image of teachers. Anchoring the “dual-drive”goal, adhering to the“dual-standard”principle, and highlighting the “dual-chains” support, are the key measures to achieve the ethical construction of the teacher image in the new era.
