摘　　要：目的:建立蒙药喜吉德—10中胡椒碱的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法:采用反向高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为WondaSil C_(18)-WR柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm),甲醇-水(67:33)为流动相,流速1 min/mL,检测波长为343 nm,柱温40℃,进样量为10μL。结果:胡椒碱在4.0784~24.4704μg范围内与峰面积值呈良好的线性关系。回归方程为:Y=89716X-8370.3,R^(2)=1。平均加样回收率为98.91%,RSD为1.03%(n=9)。结论:本法简便、快速准确、结果稳定可靠,可为研究蒙药喜吉德—10的质量标准方法的建立提供可靠依据。Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of thePiperine in Xijide-10.Methods:The analytical column was packed with the WondaSil C_(18)-WR(4.6×250 mm,5μm).Mobile phase consisted of Methanol-Water(67:33),The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1) and the UV detection wavelength was 343 nm.The temperature of the column was 40.The injection volume was 10μL.Results:A good linearity was obtained over the range of 4.0784~24.4704μg for Piperine(R^(2)=1).The average recovery was 98.91%and RSD was 1.03%.Conclusion:This method is quick,accurate,reproducible and stable,and can be used for the quality control of Mongolian medicine preparation Xijide-10.
