摘　　要：目的:探究重复经颅磁刺激联合听觉统合对孤独症患儿孤独症评定量表评分、孤独症行为量表评分的影响。方法:选择2022年12月~2023年12月本院收治的68例孤独症患儿作为本次研究对象,患儿依照随机数字表法进行分组,每组各34例。对照组患儿接受听觉统合训练;观察组患儿接受重复经颅磁刺激联合听觉统合训练。围绕患儿孤独感、孤独症症状、行为评价变化展开探究,对比患儿间的治疗有效率。结果:观察组患儿经临床治疗后的孤独症评定量表评分与孤独症行为量表评分同对照组相比更低,GDS-C相关指标评分较对照组更高,其治疗总有效率明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:以重复经颅磁刺激与听觉统合联合方案开展临床治疗,有助于排解孤独症患儿的孤独感,改善其孤独症相关行为与症状,从而为患儿的临床疗效带来显著提升。Objective:To explore the negative effects of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with auditory integration on Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)score and Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC)score of children with autism.Methods:68 children with autism admitted to our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the objects of this study.The children were divided into groups according to random number table method,and 34 cases were included in each group.Control group received auditory integration training;Observation group received repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with auditory integration training.Explore the changes of loneliness,autism symptoms and behavior evaluation of children,and compare the effectiveness of treatment among children.Results:After clinical treatment,the CARS score and ABC score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,the GDS-C related index score was higher than that of the control group,and the total effective rate was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical treatment with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with auditory integration can help to relieve the loneliness of children with autism and improve their autism-related behaviors and symptoms,so as to significantly improve the clinical efficacy of children with autism.
