摘  要:目的:旨在明确超声乳化手柄抽吸管的最佳清洗时间,确保清洗效果达标,从而为临床器械再处理提供科学依据,提升感染控制和患者安全性。方法:随机抽取150个使用后1h内回收的超声乳化手柄,随机分为A、B、C三组,每组50个。采用电导率<15µS/cm(25℃)的纯水,通过高压水枪对抽吸管进行冲洗,A组冲洗10s,B组20s,C组30s。使用残余蛋白检测仪对清洗效果进行量化分析,以残余蛋白浓度为评价指标。结果:不同清洗时间的残余蛋白数值不同,超声乳化手柄抽吸管清洗效果之间的差异有统计学意义。三组清洗时间,统计学分析,A组与B组之间无统计学意义,P>0.05,A组与C组之间有统计学意义,P<0.001,B组与C组之间差异有统计学意义,P<0.001;清洗效果最佳组为C组。结论:超声乳化手柄抽吸管的清洗效果显著受冲洗时间影响,冲洗时间至少≥30s,保证清洗时间才能提高清洗效果;使用蛋白残余监测可对清洗效果进行精确的定性和定量评估,进而优化器械再处理标准,提升感染控制和患者安全性。Objective:The purpose of this study is to clarify the optimal cleaning time of the ultrasonic emulsification handle suction tube,to ensure that the cleaning effect is up to standard,so as to provide a scientific basis for clinical instrument reprocessing,improve infection control and patient safety.Methods:A total of 150 ultrasonic emulsification handles recovered within 1h after use were randomly selected and randomly divided into three groups of A,B and C,with 50 in each group.Pure water with conductivity less than 15μS/cm(25℃)was used to flush the suction tube through a high-pressure water gun.The group A was washed for 10 seconds,the group B was washed for 20 seconds,and the group C was washed for 30 seconds.The residual protein detector was used to quantitatively analyze the cleaning effect,and the residual protein concentration was used as the evaluation index.Results:The residual protein values of different cleaning time were different,and the difference between the cleaning effect of ultrasonic emulsification handle suction pipe was statistically significant.The cleaning time of the three groups was statistically analyzed.There was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).There was significant difference between group A and group C(P<0.001).There was significant difference between group B and group C(P<0.001).The best cleaning effect group was group C.Conclusion:The cleaning effect of the ultrasonic emulsification handle suction pipe is significantly affected by the washing time.The washing time is at least≥30 seconds to ensure that the cleaning time can improve the cleaning effect.The use of protein residue detection can accurately qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the cleaning effect,thereby optimizing the instrument reprocessing standards and improving infection control and patient safety.
