摘  要:本文运用生态圈理论,分析了烟草产业链成员间的关系,构建了烟草工商零消生态圈价值提升基本框架和具体模式,并立足山东泰安烟草多年来的营销探索,研究提炼出以“数据驱动、营销升级、互联互通、智能管控、共享共赢”为内涵的工商零消生态圈价值提升商业模式,最终实现“工、商、零、消”的共赢态势,促进市场价值最大化、管控最优化,推动烟草商业企业从经营卷烟向经营资源转变、从经营商业向经营平台转变,为烟草商业企业实现高质量发展和现代化建设提供支撑和保障。This article applies the theory of ecosystem to analyze the relationships among members of the tobacco industry chain,constructs a basic framework and specific model for enhancing the value of the tobacco industry-business-retail-consumption ecological circle,and based on the marketing exploration of Shandong Tai'an Tobacco over the years,studies and extracts a business model for enhancing the value of the industry-business-retail-consumption ecological circle with the connotation of"data-driven,sales upgrading,interconnection,intelligent control,and sharing and win-win".Ultimately,it achieves a win-win situation of"industry,business,retail and consumption",promotes the maximization of market value and optimization of control,promotes the transformation of tobacco commercial enterprises from managing cigarettes to managing resources,and from managing commerce to managing platforms,providing support and guarantee for tobacco commercial enterprises to achieve high-quality development and modernization construction.
