摘 要:制造型企业通过开发一些软件工具和应用,用于将重复的工作自动化,提高生产的效率和准确率。但由于经验和人力的限制,往往在软件开发流程上并不规范。文章以J公司信息化项目为例,基于层次分析法科学有效地分析出项目在开发过程中引起质量问题的几个重要因素,再根据软件质量管理理论提出相应的质量管理提升对策,并且采用PDCA循环理论进行持续的质量保证,为其他类似的制造型企业信息化软件项目的质量管理提供借鉴。Manufacturing enterprises improve production efficiency and accuracy by developing software tools and applications to automate repetitive tasks.However,due to limitations in experience and manpower,the software development process is often not standardized.The article takes J Company's information technology project as an example,and based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process,scientifically and effectively analyzes several important factors that cause quality problems in the development process of the project.Then,according to the theory of software quality management,corresponding quality management improvement measures are proposed,and the PDCA cycle theory is adopted for continuous quality assurance,providing reference for the quality management of other similar manufacturing enterprise information technology software projects.
