基于“脾虚湿热”理论诊治结直肠癌术后腹泻

摘　　要：结直肠癌是临床常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,目前手术是结直肠癌的主要治疗方式之一,也是在早期进行根治的有效方案。结直肠癌术后腹泻是手术治疗后常见的并发症,这严重影响了患者的生活质量。本病属于中医“泄泻”范畴,张海鸥教授承传国医大师杨春波教授“脾胃湿热”理论及辨治思想,认为本病患者多以脾虚为本,兼具湿热、血瘀、气郁,从脾虚湿热角度诊治本病效果明显。本文结合一例利用“脾虚湿热”思想治疗结直肠癌术后腹泻的案例,以期为辨治本病提供新的的临证思路。Colorectal cancer is a commonmalignant tumor of the digestive tract in clinical practice,and surgery is currently one of the main ways to treat colorectal cancer,and it is also an effective solution for radical treatment at an early stage.Diarrhea after colorectal cancer surgery is a common complication after surgical treatment,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.This disease belongs to the category of"diarrhea"in traditional Chinese medicine,and Professor Zhang Haiou inherits the theory and treatment of"spleen and stomach dampness and heat"and the treatment idea of Professor Yang Chunbo,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,and believes that most patients with this disease are based on spleen deficiency,with damp heat,blood stasis and qi depression,and the diagnosis and treatment of this disease from the perspective of spleen deficiency and dampness and heat is obvious.In this paper,we combine a case of using the idea of"spleen deficiency and dampness heat"in the treatment of diarrhea after colorectal cancer,in order to provide a new clinical idea for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
